Jobless and Loving It!

I just parted ways from my job at AT&T and I am ecstatic! That is because I have realized the power of my GOD-given ability to create my world according to my vision!

I no longer have to subject my will to any other man's vision or ego in order to make my life into a real living.

Jim Rohn said, "If you work hard at your job, you can make a living...but if you work hard on yourself, you can make a FORTUNE!"

Now, I am not one to say that having a job is just "slavery by another name".

I AM grateful for the time I spent in the employ of AT&T and the opportunities they afforded me. I would have gladly stayed on, but I put it in the hands of the Almighty as to whether or not I found another position there (yes, I jump through all the hoops of applying for positions and updating my resume). But apparently God and my subconscious mind had other plans for me.

So long AT&T, hello new life chapter.

Rather than seeing my being "surplused" (AT&T's new euphemism for "down-sized") as some sort of a crisis, I CHOSE to view it as a once-in-lifetime Opportunity to shift gears in my life and put into action a number of beliefs and goals that I have long held on to.

In no particular order, I AM going to:

• Develop my photography skills.
• Lead a seminar on eliminating debt
• Focus on being in touch with my Higher Self
• Write my wife's story ( http://first-step-next-step.blogspot.com/)
• Share my personal develop philosophies with more people
• Support my wife and son in their creative/artistic endeavors
• Build a group of people who support my dreams while I in turn help add increase to their lives.

And all this while making more than enough money to take care of my family with a full and complete expression of my Love for them.

Now, doesn't that sound better than job I could beg someone to give me?

I AM here to tell you that you were created for great things.

 

The beauty of all of creation is a inside of you,

you need only to let it out and share it with others to see the beauty in yourself. 

 

You are a reward for thousands.  Many of the things that make you YOU,

that you may even take for granted

can be a joy and an inspiration to many, many people.

 

Think about any special times in your life

when you may have been in the right place

at the right time to accomplish something special.

You encouraged a friend, you conquered a challenge,

You helped a stranger in need.

 

These may have been times that you were in touch with that special part of yourself,

That part that makes up the best of yourself.

Now, all you need do is to keep these special times in mind,

remembering what you felt and how you were so that you can call on that

special YOU each and every day and make wonderful things happen in your life

and the lives of others at will.

“In fact, I will haunt you and give MUCH increase and make Kings and bring
much WEALTH to people who are half as educated and as slick as you just to
remind you of what you decided NOT to be or even to ASK for!”

God Transforms Mistakes Into Miracles!

"GOD does not make mistakes" is often used as encouragement when we, with our human consciousness, can't see the bigger picture of how things work toward the greater good.

But it gets even better than this.

We as humans do make mistakes. In our shame or embarrassment or our Ego's need to be right, we try to hide, fix or forget about our mistakes. Unfortunately, they can become a big pile of trash in the back of our minds, weighing us down from moving forward.

But GOD does even better with our mistakes.

GOD can take something bad and make something WONDERFUL out of it.

GOD takes waste and turns it into the most BEAUTIFUL flowers!

GOD takes rot and decay and makes life-giving, nourishing food!

GOD takes our mistakes and makes them into a lesson on how to be better people than we would have been without our mistakes.

Through our mistakes, GOD makes us stronger and
When you feel your mistakes are too big too be erased,

When you feel regret, remorse over bad choices, RECYCLE THEM!

Feeling bad will only increase the likelihood of more mistakes and bad choices.

Give them to GOD!
